Shipping & Returns

Congratulations on your Cactus Infrared purchase. We value your business and guarantee your satisfaction on our cactus T-shirts. 
We take pride in offering top quality botanical tees and we hope you are as excited about your shirt as we are! Each item is hand printed and may vary slightly.

Shipping Times

Our T-shirts ship from Mexico within 1-3 business days of purchase and need approximately 3–4 weeks for for delivery.  Therefore, items will be received approximately 4 weeks after ordering. If you need them sooner, please contact us and we can arrange expedited shipping at an extra cost.

U.S. Orders: 
Our T-shirts are mailed with signature confirmation and a tracking number.

 
If you are not home when package is being delivered, you will be left a note to pick it up or reschedule delivery. Your signature is required.

International Orders: 
Items are shipped with 3-5 business days after an order is placed. In some rare cases shipment time can be up to 4-6 weeks depending on customs holds.
 We are not responsible for any additional taxes your country may charge upon delivery. Cactus T-shirts are mailed with signature confirmations and a tracking number and you sign for package. 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your T-shirt, just return it within 7 days of receipt and email us to let us know it is coming. T-Shirts must be returned in new and unworn condition. We will not accept any items that appear to have been worn, washed, smell like perfume, cologne, smoke or that have visible pet hair. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Therefore, to make a return/exchange, you, the customer pays shipping to return it to us. But we will in turn pay the shipping of the item back to you. 

First email us to let us know if you want an exchange or a refund.
